ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Julie, founder of Home Chief of Staff, and I help run the operations of your home
alongside you.
For over a decade, I’ve supported senior leaders as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Chief of Staff, quietly managing the strategy, logistics, and invisible details that keep complex lives and businesses moving forward.
Professionally, I’ve operated in fast-paced environments across finance; hedge funds, private equity and high-growth technology, where anticipation, discretion, and calm execution are essential and I bring that same standard of service into the home.
Along the way, I also became a mom, wife, homeowner, landlord, and household manager, and I realized something important: the executive-level support leaders receive at work rarely exists for families at home. I created Home Chief of Staff to change that.
My work sits at the intersection of executive operations and real-life family logistics, giving busy households structure, rhythm, and relief, along with a trusted partner to hold the details so they can stay focused on what matters most to them.
